Eight Images Round-up

The “Eight Things I Find Amazing in Picture Form” meme has become my favorite meme of all time. I love the open-endedness of the meme. Rather than answering a bunch of questions, the meme requires that you look into, and then out of, yourself and the results have been amazing. Not only has every set of images I’ve seen been amazing, but I feel like I’ve learned a lot about my blogging peers that I wouldn’t have known otherwise–that deeper, soul type stuff that can only come through when the imagination is at play. I’ve also come across a number of other blogs that I didn’t know about before. Always a good thing.

It’s a step in the right direction after what has been one of the most fucked up months in political/feminist/race blogging I’ve seen yet.
